RETURNS
Comfort Boat Mattresses manufactures custom boat mattresses made to order from quality materials and expert skilled trade labor of a specialty craft. Our mattresses are not stock items. Each mattress is customized to meet each customers needs and specifications built just for them and can't be re-sold or re-used.
We accept mattress returns only within 7 days of receipt of mattress with prior approval from Comfort Boat Mattresses. The mattress must be in original, brand new condition and unused with no stains or damages as well as securely packaged and boxed for transit. Please note, we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs is the customers responsibility. The customer is responsible for boxing and packaging the mattress for return. Please keep in mind, freight returns require an individual at freight pick up. U.S. freight shipping cost ranges between $300-$500 depending on location and will be deducted from the refund total once the mattress arrives at our factory and is inspected.
Comfort Boat Mattresses is not liable if a customer selects the wrong boat model when ordering. In the rare event a mattress size and shape is incorrect, we will work with the customer on case-to-case basis to correct or replace the mattress.
We do provide allowance on our boat mattresses as industry standard for bedding. We will not accept a mattress return if the fit is 2.5" or less smaller all the way around when placed in the center of the berth. Please do not push the mattress all the way forward or aft to create uneven space on the berth.
