Comfort Boat Mattresses provides FREE U.S. Freight Shipping nationwide of our custom boat mattresses. Boat mattresses are custom size and shaped and considered oversized so these mattresses requires freight shipping via a common carrier trucking company such as FedEx Freight, AAA Cooper, Southeastern Freight Lines, etc. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Your mattress will arrive as per its original size and shape. We do not roll or fold your mattress especially with a Hinge to avoid damages during transit. It is highly recommended that each customer arranges assistance at delivery to handle their mattress. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided so customers can anticipate the estimated arrival date. Typical freight transit time is 2-5 business days depending on location. When your freight arrives at your local terminal, the trucking company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date and time frame if it's a residential delivery. If we ship to a marina/business, delivery is automatically made on the next available business day after arriving at the local terminal. The freight company will not hold your order for more than a few business days. A person 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery. Your shipment is considered "curbside" drop off which means the driver will NOT deliver "inside", unpackage or install your new mattress. Each customer is responsible to accept and manage the freight once handed off.
