CUSTOM BOAT MATTRESS warranty
At Comfort Boat Mattresses, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our upgraded, custom-made boat mattresses. Every mattress we create is designed with the utmost attention to detail and with the specific needs of each customer in mind reflecting home-quality comfort on board.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a comprehensive warranty for our boat mattresses only, valid for a period of time from the date of purchase. The warranty period varies based upon the mattress selected (see below). This warranty covers internal defects in material and manufacturing.
Under this warranty, Comfort Boat Mattresses will repair or replace, at our discretion, any boat mattress that proves to be defective due to faulty manufacturing or materials, excluding the cover, fabrics, quilting, borders and marine vinyl. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, and the original proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions
The following situations are excluded from the warranty:
1. Normal wear and tear or change in the owner's comfort preference.
2. Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws that do not prevent the fundamental functioning of the mattress.
3. Damages to the mattress, including but not limited to, burns, tears, rips, cuts, liquid/water damage, mold, stains, or soil.
4. Any mattress that has been used in a non-marine environment.
5. Mattress indentations or impressions from normal use. Please note - it is the nature of pillow tops to compress overtime with use and may not return to original shape.
Voiding the Warranty
This warranty will be void if:
1. The mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition.
2. The mattress has not been handled, used, cared or maintained as per the provided instructions.
3. The mattress has been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
4. The mattress is used with an improper foundation or platform that does not provide adequate support.
5. The mattress has been stored improperly in any incorrect positions or environments.
We reserve the right to refuse service and invalidate the warranty if the above conditions are not met.
